GAVIN HAMANN

 Captain of the Winthrop Cornhole Team and one of the first to receive a scholarship for Cornhole in the country.  Featured on Good Morning America, The Today Show, CBS Saturday Morning, CBS News, NBC News, Fox News, The Sherri Shepherd Show, News Nation, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and The New York Times.  He is an avid thriftier, loves to workout, play pickle ball, and disk golf.  He is an entrepreneurship major.  His favorite bag is BG Wizard L’s and his favorite shot is a roll bag.

Just 17 years old, Fisher Hamilton took down Derek Holland in Men’s Singles at ACL Pro Shootout #7, locking up his bid to the championship.  Fisher Hamilton won his first National title at the 2023 ACL Bag Brawl Pro Singles Championship in Portland, OR! Back to back natty doubles bracket champs. Florida State Singles Champion. 2x 2023 Southeast Conference Doubles Champ. And 2023 Southeast Conference Singles Champ.

My first time playing corn hole was in 2022 at a benefit with my dad. I decided to join a local cornhole league and learned quickly this was my passion. I started in novice and moved up to advanced quickly. Since starting I have won multiple league championships in doubles and singles. Last year I started traveling all over Texas and to other states participating in ACL tournaments. I was asked accepted to the 23-24 College Station Bully Baggers Team and was picked up again for their 24-25 team. This year I became a sponsored Elite player by All Cornhole. My biggest accomplishment so far is helping my team get #1 in ACL Open #3. My goal for the future is to become an ACL Pro. JT
